Description
The HV High Volume HEPA filters are specially designed for strict applications. Made of strong galvanized or stainless steel frame, mini pleated filter pack offer large air filter area, the V bank design maximize the filter pack quantity in certain room.
Polyurethane sealant all around the perimeter of filter packs ensure no air leakage; Dove tailed neoprene gasket prevent air bypass for air filter installation. The HV high volume HEPA filters not only provides high level, stable, good performance filtration for 0.3um particles, but also they offer low resistance to save running budget. Considering the large air filter area, the face velocity is relatively decreased, so the resistance is quite lower than other nominal HEPA filters such as panel mini pleated HEPA filter or HEPA filter with separators; Low resistant means less consume of electricity, it`s the reason why HV HEAP filters can save running budget.
The HV HEPA filters can give airflow rate as much as 4000m³/h with resistance of 250Pa. This design is typically for HVAC system that require high air flow rate;
To maximize the HV HEPA filters service life, medium filters should be applied such as V bank medium filter or pocket filters.
