The knife edge ULPA filters are mainly used for liquid gel seal ceiling grid system. The liquid gel seal can make sure high level filtration air tight.

The knife edge ULPA filters consist of anodized aluminum frame, HV company glass fiber efficiency U15 99.999% or U16, U17. Polyurethane glue as the sealant be installed into 4 direction of the anodized alu frame slots. The glue connect with filter pack perfectly so normally there is no leakage. Of course we will test every ULPA filters before pack them by laser particle counter according to MPPS 1822 standard.

The knife edge ULPA filter can be size customized. Standard thickness is 70, 90, 135mm. The thickness is the full thickness of frame include knife edge.
